GARMENT CARE
- Always follow the manufacturer’s washing and ironing instructions on the garment labels
- Do not use fabric softener on products like skirts, trousers and blazers
- We recommend washing garments inside-out wherever possible
- Avoid any direct contact with harmful chemicals, e.g. bleaching agents, perfume etc.

EXCHANGES
All stock is now held at our Distribution Centre rather than at each school. Therefore, if you need an alternative size, please return the original item for a refund and reorder the size that you need.
REFUNDS
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we can refund the price of the product provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition (with all labels intact) within 14 days of purchase
- Any product issues should be brought to our attention via email within 14 days of purchase (together with images if possible) in order to be investigated. After this time, we are unable to process any concerns regarding description or manufacturing faults.
- Postage cannot be refunded
- If you have ordered any special “made to order” items these can only be returned by arrangement and may incur an extra charge
- If you need to return items to us for whatever reason, please email us at [email protected] Please include i) your name, ii) your order number, iii) details of the items to be returned, and iv) reason for return. We will then reply with details of the best return route to use.
- Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items
